Response times

We reply to email within one business day, and usually faster. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.

Getting a faster answer

If your message is about an existing order, include your order number from your confirmation email. If it is about sizing, include your height and weight and we will tell you which size to take. If you sit near the top of a weight range, the answer is almost always to size up.
