Shipping policy

Every HushBuilt order ships free, fully tracked, with no minimum spend.

Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is accepted.

Delivery times

  • United States: typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch
  • International: typically 7 to 15 business days after dispatch

These are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. Checkout will show an estimated delivery window for your address.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched. Tracking pages usually show their first scan 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, so a quiet tracking link in the first days is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.

Lost or stuck parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will reship your order at no cost to you. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email contact@hushbuilt.com with your order number and we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Changing your address

If you need to correct a delivery address or cancel an order, email us immediately. Most changes are possible before dispatch. Once a parcel has left our facility the address cannot be altered.

We cannot take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost because of an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us for that reason we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Customs and duties

International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays outside our control

Carrier backlogs, severe weather and customs inspections can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. Where a delay is outside our reasonable control we cannot be held liable for it, but we will always help you chase it.
