This website is operated by HushBuilt. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to HushBuilt. By visiting hushbuilt.com or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Using this store

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Products, pricing and availability

We try to display our products and colors as accurately as your screen allows, though we cannot guarantee exact color reproduction. Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue a product at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of that offer, and the contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where payment is declined, or where a product is unavailable, and we will refund you in full if we do.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

What the product is, and what it is not

The HushBuilt Vest is a compression garment. It is not a medical device, it is not a treatment for any condition, and nothing on this site should be taken as medical advice. Results vary between individuals. If you have a circulatory, respiratory, cardiac or skin condition, or you are pregnant or recovering from surgery, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before wearing a compression garment.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, layout, logos and the HushBuilt name, belongs to HushBuilt or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

Reviews and submissions

If you send us reviews, photographs, comments or other material, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and publish it in connection with our business. You agree that anything you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Third-party links

This site may link to third-party sites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and you access them at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HushBuilt is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
